Hazardous Material 危险物资 Hazardous materials will be packaged, packed, marked, stored and transported in accordance with all applicable laws. Hazardous materials shall be packed and invoiced separately. All Hazardous materials must be identified by the appropriate hazardous class, technical or proper shipping name. All invoices and packing lists for Hazardous materials shall contain the following statement: “This is to certify that the above named materials are properly classed, described, packaged, marked and labeled and is in proper condition for transportation according to the appropriate Government or International transportation regulations.” Vendor shall produce any necessary hazardous cargo certificates, in accordance with the appropriate Government and International transportation regulations for all shipments. Export packages shall be designed and constructed to withstand the hazards of inland and ocean transportation, below and on deck stowage, multiple handling and six months storage at the destination in open yards with all possible climatic conditions and exposure.
