中国农学通报 2013,29(26):67-72 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 农村土地房屋资产管理研究进展 王 静，邱道持，赵梓琰，蔡 进 （西南大学地理科学学院，重庆400715 ） 摘 要：随着城镇化进程的推进，农村土地房屋流转在现实生活中日趋频繁，农村土地房屋资产管理问题 进一步凸显。笔者综合运用文献资料法、对比分析法，围绕加强农村土地房屋资产管理的必要性、农村 土地房屋资产管理面临的突出问题以及开展农村土地房屋资产管理创新探索3 个命题，对学术界的研 究成果进行梳理汇总，揭示了相关学术研究取得的成果、存在的主要问题，并展望了国内农村土地房屋 资产管理研究的方向与重点。研究提出加强农村土地房屋资产管理，应当强化农村土地房屋资产管理 主体、开展农村土地房屋资产清产核资、建立农村土地房屋资产收益分配机制、建立农村土地房屋资产 评估服务体系、培育农村土地房屋资产市场。 关键词：农村土地房屋；资产管理；关键问题；研究展望 中图分类号：F32 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2012-4086 Advances in Researches on Assets Management of Rural Land Housing Wang Jing, Qiu Daochi, Zhao Ziyan, Cai Jin (SchoolofGeographicalScience,SouthwestUniversity, Chongqing 400715) Abstract: With the advancement of urbanization progress, rural land circulation often happens in daily life, but the problem of the rural land housing ’assets management is gradually outstanding. Due to its necessity, its outstanding problems, and its new model of rural land housing ’assets management, this paper employed the methods of literature consultation and contrastive analysis to review the literature ’s results, and made out the problems in the existed studies, as well as look forward to the direction and the core task in the future. The results have shown that it should make the trader more obviously, create the mechanism of benefit distribution and assets assessment, and breed rural land housing assets market in order to enhance the management of rural land housing assets.
