摘 要 肥料自动包装机适用于包装颗粒状、低黏度的肥料。市场上现有的肥料包装机大多数是半自动包装机，就是包装袋的进给是用人工的方式进给的，生产效率不是很高，而且加大了劳动强度，在生产时还有一定的危险，本设计为给袋式的自动进给。 本文介绍了题目的研究背景和意义，论述了肥料包装机在国内外的发展状况和前景,介绍了本次设计研究的内容及方法。本次设计的重点是包装机的总体设计方案、包装过程的装袋、取袋、张口和夹持的方式，在此基础上进行了运动与结构的设计。本次设计采用的包装方法是回转式，转盘是通过槽轮机构的启停来完成各个工艺的要求；通过气泵的吸力（大气压）来吸取包装袋（不透气）；依靠气缸提供动力的机械手来夹持包装袋进行多工位的位置要求；同时本机采用PLC微电脑控制气压阀来调节气缸，使机器完成全自动，同时该机还有结构简单、造价低、无污染、密封可靠、噪声小和人机功能合理的特点。 关键词： 肥料；包装；包装机；供袋 Abstract Fertilizer automatic packaging machine for packing granules, low viscosity of the fertilizer. The design focuses on the overall design scheme packing machine, packaging and bagging process, taking bags, open mouth method and means of clamping, in this based on the movement and structure design. The design of the packaging used is rotary, start and stop through the slot to complete the round of the requirements of each station; through the pump suction (atmospheric pressure) to absorb bags; rely on the cylinder-powered mechanical hand to grip bags multi-station position request; while the machine is PLC controlled pneumatic valve to achieve fully automatic machine, while machine is still a simple structure, low cost, clean, reliable sealing, noise, and machine features reasonable features.
