农村信用合作社章程（Articles of association of rural credit cooperatives） Articles of association of rural credit cooperatives (templates) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 name of our society: Address of our society: Registered capital of this society: Article second this society is established within the scope of this community. It is a rural cooperative financial institution which is composed of members who share shares, implement democratic management of members, and provide financial services mainly for members. Article third this society is an independent enterprise legal person, enjoys civil rights and assumes civil obligations according to law, and assumes limited liability for all its assets. Article fourth all legal person assets of the company shall operate independently according to law and be responsible for their own profits and losses, and their property, lawful rights and interests, and business activities carried out in accordance with the law shall be protected by state laws, and no unit or individual may infringe upon or interfere with them. The fifth objective of this society is to serve the members of our society and to serve the communitys agriculture and rural economic development.
