农业环境科学学报2007，26(增刊)：176—180 Journal ofAgro-Environment Science 沼气发酵产物的综合利用 朱磊，卢剑波 (浙江大学生命科学学院农业生态研究所，浙江杭州310058) 摘要：随着畜禽养殖业的集约化，畜禽粪便的排放越来越集中，大大超过了当地环境的承载能力，对于当地居民的健 康和养殖场本身的可持续发展都带来了巨大的压力。为此以对浙江省海宁市同仁养殖场和三联养殖场的调查分析为 基础，同时引用其他方面的实例，介绍将畜禽粪便的发酵产物包括沼气、沼液和沼渣综合利用的方式：利用沼气作为燃 料，利用其来保鲜水果和发电；利用沼液作为有机肥直接灌溉到农田中，或用作叶面肥，还可以利用沼液来浸种；利用 沼渣直接作为有机肥，用来栽种蘑菇或将其加上添加剂制作成有机肥出售。总之，通过对畜禽粪便的发酵，以及对于 发酵产物的综合利用，实现了物质和能量的多级利用，有利于可持续发展。 关键词：沼气；沼液；沼渣；综合利用；可持续发展 中图分类号：X713 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672—2043(2007)增刊一0176—05 Integrated Utilization of Fermentation Products from Biogas Generator ZHU Lei，LU Jian-bo (Agroecology Institute of Life Science Academy，Zh~iang University，Hangzhou 310058，China) Abstract：Along with the animal husbandry pattern has been changed from extensive breeding to intensive breeding，wastes from the farming industry has receiving more and more attention，as the pollution may overrun carrying environmental capacity， causing heavy pressure to local people’S health and sustainable development of environment．Taking Tongren Farm of Haining City and Sanlian Farm of Haining City and other cases as examples this paper，we introduced several utilization ways of biogas ~rmentation products．Fermentation products include biogas，biogas liquid and biogas residue．Biogas is used as fuel to cook— ing，to keep fruits flesh and to generate electricity．However，biogas liquid was used to irrigate to farm land as the manure，to spray to over crop leaves as leaf manure and to presoak crop seed．In addition，biogas residue was used as organic manure，to feed the animal or be produced as organic manure for market．In a simple word，ferm entation products from animal dung，may have multilevel utilizations in an aid of sustainable development． Keywords：biogas ；biogas liquid；residue；integrated utilization；sustainable development 随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高，对肉类食品 的需求也在急剧地增加，传统的分散型养殖越来越不 能满足人们对肉类的需要，集约化的大型养殖场应运 而生。虽然集约化的养殖可以有效降低养殖的成本， 更好地对畜禽进行防疫，但是由于畜禽养殖的过于集 中，粪便的排放也相对集中，大大超过了当地环境的 承受能力，给当地的环境造成了巨大的压力_1 J。畜 禽粪便对土地总体负荷警戒安全值以0．4为宜，而全 收稿日期：200
