While the waterbursting in pit isthe biggest threat to mine construction. And thecurtain grouting is oneof the important and common means of minewater regulation. In the curtain grouting construction process, there often happensthe accidentscaused by improper grouting form selection, and the accident treatment willgreatly influence the construction progress and quality. In orderto reduce the grouting accidents in deep curtain grouting, improve the engineering quality and speed up the construction progress,inthis paper,setting the occurred grouting accident in curtain grouting construction in Zhongguan iron mine of Handan Steel Group asthe background, and based on the aspects ofgeological conditions, the curtain grouting techniques and formsof the construction site, this paperanalyzes the reasons ofthe accident caused by uplink grouting, and then puts foreward somedetailed corresponding solutions and prevention and control measures.
