Through the mathematical model, the time setting of the traffic lights of the π type intersection is analyzed to calculate the optimal time setting of the signal lights and to propose the improvement plan, so as to reduce the vehicle and pedestrian waiting time to the maximum extent, and then, alleviate the congestion situation of the vehicle.
