However, at present, there are many inadequacies in the incentive mechanism in the civil servants, this paper analyzes these imperfect parts, then put forward specific measures for improvement. This paper has three parts, in the first part, I briefly describe the concept of incentive mechanism and its classification, specifically discourse the value of incentive mechanism in the scientific management for civil servants, incentive mechanism can enhance administrative efficiency of our country, and it can bring about clean-handed government, can standardize the scientific management for civil servants, also can improve their quality of civil servants. This part also briefly discourses western motivation theory and its revelatory effects for incentive mechanism of our civil servants.In the second part, I introduce the currant situation of the incentive mechanism in our civil servants, while affirming the achievements that we have already made, I specifically point out the main issues in many aspects in our civil servants’ incentive mechanism.In the third part, I mainly discourse the specific thinking to perfect incentive mechanism in our civil servants.
