固态去耦合器在油气管道阀室中的应用 袁柱1，2 李玉星1 马孝亮2 马荣彬2 (1中国石油大学(华东)储运与建筑工程学院，山东青岛 266580； 2中国石油塔里木油田油气运销部，新疆库尔勒841000) 摘要：阀室在油气管道线路中起截断、运行参数监控等功能，是管道的重要节点，属于易燃、易爆的场所，存在可燃气体泄漏的风险。阀室中可能产生火花的来源主要是雷电和静电，因此阀室在建设时已考虑防雷、防静电设施的建设，主要方法是将阀室建筑防雷设施和设备、仪表防静电设施统一接入接地网。但是油气管道线路受阴极保护系统保护管道外腐蚀，而阀室的接地网会将阴极保护电流导入大地，致使管道处于阴极保护“欠保护”状态，二者存在矛盾关系。本文主要介绍一种使用固态去耦合器的方法，利用其“通交止直”和直流时电压大于±2V导通的特性，既能防雷、防静电，又能保证阴极保护系统电流不流失。 关键词：阀室 ；雷电；静电；阴极保护；固态去耦合器 Application of Solid State De Coupling In The Valve Chamber of Oil And Gas Pipeline YUAN Zhu1，2 LI Yu-xing2 MA Xiao-liang1 MA Rong-bing1 (1 China University of Petroleum(East) College of Pipeline and Civil Engineering, Qingdao 266580, China; 2 Petrochina Tarim Oilfield Sales Department, KuErle 841000, China) Abstract：Valve chamber in the oil and gas pipeline from the cut-off, running parameters monitoring and other functions, is an important node of the pipeline, belonging to the flammable and explosive place, there is a risk of flammable gas leakage.
