武汉纺织大学 毕业论文 ERP在我国电子商务中的应用及研究 学 院：管理学院 专 业：电子商务 班 级：电商本081 学 号：0817051036 姓 名：汤晓静 指导老师：唐冰 摘要 随着21世纪信息时代的到来，计算机技术与互联网技术的迅猛发展己使企业的经营方式发生了质的变化。企业竞争已由靠规模、价格取胜，转变为靠满足顾客多样化、个性化需求快速反应领先，速度已成为企业竞争力的主要特征。现代企业管理的两种运作模式—ERP和电子商务，利用了先进的现代化信息技术，对提升企业管理效率、增加企业在同行业内的综合竞争实力越发显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍了ERP及电子商务的定义及内涵，分析了二者的现状；论述了电子商务的出现对企业商务环境和经营管理模式的改变，分析了面向电子商务的企业信息系统的功能需求；然后以ERP系统间接支持电子商务整体、直接促进电子商务的优化发展为指导思想，阐述了二者之间的关系，在此基础上提出了一种可行性架构，并进行了具体案例分析。 关键字： 电子商务 ERP 协作 企业信息系统 可行性架构 ABSTRACT With the advent of the 21st century information age, the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology has made the mode of operation a qualitative change. Enterprise competition used to rely on price and scale ,but now, it has been relying on meet diverse customer personalized demand .The speed of response has become the main features of the competitiveness of enterprises. Two of the modern enterprise management mode of operation-ERP and e-commerce ,use of contemporary art, modern IT , is particularly important for enhancing the efficiency of enterprise management and increasing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the industry .This paper introduces the definition of ERP and e-commerce, analyzes the status of the two and discusses the mode change of Management on the environment of E-commerce ;after that ,it discusses the functional requirements of the enterprise information systems for e-commerce .At last, it followed ERP system to support e-commerce as a whole and promote the optimization of e-commerce development as the guiding ideology to describe the relationship of the two,On this basis, proposed a feasibility framework and put forward a specific case study.
