腧穴与阴阳五行的关系 经脉分阴经与阳经，经脉中的腧穴亦分属阴阳 五输穴：井　　荥　　输　　经　　合 阴经　木　　火　　土　　金　　水 阳经　金　　水　　木　　火　　土 临床应用 “虚则补其母，实则泻其子” ①本经子母补泻配穴法： 肺虚证—肺经属金，补土穴太渊 　　肺实证—泻水穴尺泽 ②他经子母补泻配穴法 　肺虚证—补脾经之土穴太白 肺实证—泻肾经之水穴阴谷 毫针的长度规格表 毫针的粗细规格表 2.针刺的练习 针刺练习，主要是对指力和手法的锻炼。由于毫针针身细软，若无一定的指力和熟练的手法，就很难随意进针，并进行各种手法的操作，这不仅会引起患者疼痛，而且会影响治疗效果。因此，初学者必须练好指力和手法的基本功。 2.1 指力练习 指力的练习，可先在纸垫或棉团上进行，可用松软的纸做成纸垫或用棉花扎成棉团练习时，右手拇、食、中三指如持笔状挟持针柄，使针垂直于纸垫或棉团，当针头抵于纸垫和棉团后，手指渐加压力，待针刺透纸垫或刺入棉团后，再换一处如前刺之。 2.2手法练习 手法练习主要在棉团上进行。用布将棉花包裹，尽量包紧包实，用线封口扎紧，做成直径约 6～7厘米的棉团。练针方法同纸垫练针法，所不同的是棉团松软，可以做提插、捻转等多种基本手法的练习。进行练针时，要做到捻转的角度大小，可以随意掌握，来去的角度力求一致，快慢均匀。 2.3自身练习 通过纸垫和棉团的练针，掌握了一定的指力和手法后，可以在自己身上进行试针练习。自身试针时，要仔细体会手法与针感的关系、针尖刺达不同组织结构以及得气时持针手指的感觉。要求做到进针无痛、针身不弯、刺入顺利、行针自如、指力均匀、手法熟练、指感敏锐、针感出现快。 3.
