In order to avoid risk, both sides should strictly examined strictly, and take the appropriate measures to prevent it. This article mainly analyzes our country foreign trade enterprise credit settlement by the current situation and existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures against risks. L/C in international economic activities is the most widely used a settlement way, is the bank of conditional promise, as long as the payment submitted the documents are in conformity with the credit, the issuing bank must fulfill the project payment under the l/c accordingly. Due to its belong to bank credit, both have safety guarantee, so is a safe payment, ensure the normal operation of the transaction. However, the credit itself characteristic that the l/c in actual application, therefore, the risk of a series of credit risk and the study of China's foreign trade measures have strong practical significance.
