两种魔芋葡甘聚糖羧酸酯的制备及其性能的研究 The preparation of two kinds of KGM carboxylate and research their properties 摘 要 制备了两种魔芋葡甘聚糖以魔芋葡甘聚糖（KGM）为原料，氢氧化钠为催化剂，乙酸酐为改性剂，制备了。研究反应条件对取代度（DS）的影响KGM乙酸酯和KGM丁酸酯进行了表征，利用布袋法检测了它们的吸水性。结果表明，KGM乙酸酯和KGM丁酸酯的羰基(C=O)特征吸收峰较KGM明显增强，吸水性随着DS的增加而降低，在DS相同的情况下，KGM乙酸酯比KGM丁酸酯吸水性强。 关键词：魔芋葡甘聚糖；酯化反应；吸水性 ABSTRACT Fabricate two kinds of KGM carboxylate and research their properties. Manufacture KGM acetate with KGM as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, and acetic anhydride as modifier; fabricate KGM butyric acid ester in the reaction system of benzene. Study seperately the infl
