摘要
员工培训是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容。一个企业是否具有竞争力,关键就是看在这个企业里的人是否具有竞争力、是否具有较强的工作能力。通过对员工培训和提高,以最终达到提高企业核心竞争力的目标。人才是企业最基本也是最重要的资源,对于一个企业来说如何把“人”变成“人才”可以说是重中之重,关系到企业发展的长远问题。这里我引用松下幸之助的一句话:“一个天才的企业家总是不失时机地把对职员的培养和训练摆上重要的议事日程。教育是现代经济社会大背景下的‘杀手锏’,谁拥有它谁就预示着成功,只有傻瓜或自愿把自己的企业推向悬崖峭壁的人,才会对教育置若罔闻。”

Abstract
