转型:中国资本市场从新兴走向成熟的必然选择 Transformation:Inevitable Choice for China’s Capital Market to Change from Emerging market to Mature Market 摘要：中国资本市场为实体经济的发展做出了重要贡献，是实现我国经济转型，推动创新型国家战略的重要支撑。但资本市场新兴市场的性质没有改变，结构性问题突出：“输血”能力减弱、从“解困市”到“融资市”的市场定位、过度投机、补贴盛行、监管不足等严重制约了资本市场功能的发挥。要实现资本市场从新兴到成熟的转变，转型是必然选择。 关键词：资本市场；结构性问题；转型 Abstract: China’s capital market has made an important contribution to the development of real economy and become the important support to achieve economy transformation and to implement innovative national strategy. However, its nature of emerging market doesn’t change. There are some promin
