湖 南 科 技 大 学 课 程 设 计（ 论 文 ） 对构建财务管理专业体系及实践教学的思考 二〇一五 年十二月二十二日 摘 要 财务管理专业建设的核心是人才培养目标定位和执业素质能力结构要求的确定。在就业方向与岗位存在较大交叉与重叠的前提下，财务管理专业在知识、素质、技能和能力等方面的要求都明显高于会计学专业和金融学专业，但当前我国财务管理专业建设明显存在着不足和缺陷其中最明显的缺陷在于缺乏实践教学，结合我在湖南科技大学财务管理系学习了近四年时间，对我校及各高校财务管理专业建设中重点分析财务管理专业实践教学提出自我的见解与建议。希望财务管理专业的建设日趋完善，培养出更多优秀的财务管理专业的人员。 关键词：财务管理专业；实践教学；建设与完善 ABSTRACT The core of financial management specialty construction is to determine the talent cultivation objective orientation and requirements of professional quality and ability structure. Compared with accounting and finance specialty，the requirements of financial management specialty on knowledge，quality，skills and ability are obviously higher than that of theaccounting and finance specialty，on the prerequisite of existing larger overlap in their employment direction and post.However,there are many problem and defects in its teaching style .According to my four yeas’ experience of studing financial management in Hunan University Of Scense And Technology,I would like to put forwad my views on financial management building and design.And I hope the financial mannagerment will be better to caltivate more excellent people.
