天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 汽车减震器自动生产线成品自动出料系统设计 Automatic discharging system design of production line for automobile shock absorber 专业班级：机自0901 学生姓名： 指导教师： 教授 学 院：机械工程学院 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 随着社会的不断发展，越来越多的汽车进入了千家万户。随之而来的便是汽车产业的飞速发展，因此对于零部件的生产与制造提出了越来越高的要求。汽车减震器在汽车中起着十分重要的作用，同时它也是悬挂系统中最精密和复杂的机械件。为了减少人力操作，提高汽车减震器成品出料的效率，特引入了非标准自动化设备——成品出料系统设备。 本次设计的题目是汽车减震器自动生产线成品自动出料系统设计。主要针对将已装配好的组件进行抓取、除油以及运送到指定地点的机械结构进行设计。系统的驱动主要通过气缸来提供。气缸通过与零部件的连接实现移板的水平和竖直运动。手爪的翻转则是通过旋转气缸的旋转带动链轮旋转，再通过链轮与轴之间的配合来实现其翻转。手爪的夹持组件的张开与闭合通过与气爪的连接来实现。 本论文通过对汽车减震器成品出料系统的细致研究，对提高汽车零件加工的效率和改善工人的工作环境有很大的帮助。 关键词：非标自动化；汽车减震器；自动出料；气缸驱动 ABSTRACT As society progresses, more and more cars come into the Millions of households. What comes next is the rapid development of the automobile industry, the ever-increasing demands for the production and manufacturing of the parts.
