精品论文 参考文献 67例室性早搏患者动态心电图分析 魏杰 　　（山东省东平县中医院心电图室 山东泰安 271500） 　　【摘要】目的：分析室性早搏患者的动态心电图结果。方法：从我院接诊的室性早搏的器质性心脏病患者中随机选取67例作本次探究的研究组，另选取67例健康患者作对照组，均行动态心电图监测，对比最终监测结果。结果：（1）频率与患者是否患有器质性心脏病无关；（2）Lown分级Ⅱ级以上应警惕是否为器质性心脏病；（3）器质性心脏病患者室性早搏更易在夜晚熟睡中发生，而健康人室性早搏多发生在白天活动中，二者之间有明显差异。结论：对患者实施24h动态心电图监测，更利于及时了解患者心脏情况，便于作出正确判断。 　　【关键词】室性早搏；动态心电图；分析 　　【中图分类号】R540.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）17-0007-02 　　Analysis of 67 patients with ventricular premature beat dynamic electrocardiogram (ecg) Wei Jie. 　　Electrocardiogram room, traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dongping County, Shandong Province Taian City, Shandong province 271500,China 　　【Abstract】The analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with ventricular arrhythmias objective. Conclusion The implementation of 24h dynamic ECG monitoring, more conducive to the timely understanding of the patients heart, easy to make a correct judgment. 　　【Key words】Ventricular extrasystole; Dynamic electrocardiogram; Analysis 　　室性早搏为临床较多见的心率失常性疾病，各年龄段人群皆可发病，易恶化为房颤或室速，终猝死[1]。因此对室性早搏患者进行24h动态心电图监测，并及时鉴别诊断功能性早搏与器质性早搏引起了临床的高度重视，便于临床积极采取措施抑制室性早搏，避免严重并发症的发生。我院对室性早搏患者展开动态心电图监测，现将监测结果与体会报告如下： 　　1.资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　从2014年1月至2015年5月我院接诊的经Holter检查诊断出有室性早搏的患者中随机选取134例作研究对象，分作研究组与对照组，其中男69例、女65例，年龄35～72岁，平均（57.6plusmn;1
