Ltd., Guangzhou Postcode: 510000) Abstract: Today, In the process of economic globalization, computer、network 、software、 telecommunications and other information technologies become the important factors of economic development in the twenty-first century. With the development of science and technology, the introduction of “Digital Blasting” concept is the inevitable trend of development of the blasting industry. Digital Blasting has been developed so as to move forward the blasting industry digitalization, intelligent, refinement and visualization, which will promote the blasting industry to have a scientific and sustainable development. The construction of China Blasting Network and industry information-based platform has laid a basis for 揇igital Blasting. The paper also described some efforts made by the blasting industry in the construction and application of information technology in recent years, including the construction and application of China Blasting Network, industry application system software, the industry database clusters, the website clusters, digital archives, vibration measurement grid, digital products, as well as the current development goals of Digital Blasting. Key words: Digital Blasting, China Blasting Grid, Digital Archives, Vibration Measurement grid, Digital Products 1 引言 在经济全球化的今天，信息技术的应用时21世纪经济发展的增长因素。国家“十一五”发展规划明确指出，要积极推进信息化，提高经济社会信息化水平，加快国家基础信息库建设，促进基础信息共享。在经济全球化的今天，信息技术的应用是二十一世纪经济发展和增长的重要因素。与此同时，信息技术在国家安全生产、预防事故发生、应急救援、社会治安、反恐等方面发挥着重要作用。 在当前世界经济全球一体化过程中，由于互联网的出现和快速发展，促进了经济全球化的进程，使人们之间的距离缩短了，世界变得平坦了，所以说互联网技术的发展和应用是世界变平的动力。世界变平了，使人们在工作、竞争、获取信息的机会越来越平等，越来越便捷，而将他们联系在一起的是电脑、网络、电子邮件、博客、远程会议和各种工作流软件。美国早在80年代就率先提出了“信息高速公路”的建设计划和“数字地球”的概念，从而引发了新一轮经济的快速增长。在中国，各大城市相继提出了建设“数字城市”，如“数字北京”、“数字广东”，中国移动则提出“数字移动”等信息化理念，在爆破行业中我们则提出“数字爆破”概念。 2 数字爆破与信息化平台 2.1 数字爆破的发展趋势
