China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscope-guided savary bougie dilatation for esophageal and cardiac stricture. Methods 98 patients with esophageal and cardiac stricture were treated with endoscope-guided Savary bougie dilatation . Results 132 times of savary bougie dilatation were performed for 98 patients, The response rate was 98%(96/98), The difference betweet the diameter (4.93plusmn;0.11) mm of esophageal and cardiac stricture before dilatation and the diameter (12.73plusmn;0.05) mm of esophageal and cardiac stricture after dilatation was statisticassy significant(t =74.529 , P =0.000). After dilatation, one case was found upper gastrointestinal bleeding and one case was found digestive tract perforation, 2 cases were cured through conservative treatment. Conclusion Savary bougie dilatation is a safe and efficient procedure in treating the esophageal and cardiac stricture. 　　【Key words】Savary bougie; Dilatation; Esophageal and cardiac stricture 　　食管贲门狭窄是常见的食管贲门疾病的并发症，临床症状主要表现为咽下困难，进食受阻，消瘦明显，生活质量很差，甚至危及患者生命。我院自2008年开展在内镜引导下Savary扩张器扩张治疗食管贲门狭窄，取得较好效果，现报告如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　本组98例患者中男67例，女31例，年龄23～82岁，中位年龄56岁，病史1月～12年。其中术后吻合口狭窄92例，肿瘤狭窄2例，化学烧伤狭窄1例，贲门失弛缓症1例，放疗后食管狭窄2例。依进食梗阻症状
