摘 要 随着科学技术的提高，工业工程得以大力发展。工业工程发展至今，已经经过了一百多年的历史，伴随着科学技术的发展，我国工业工程发展有二十多年的历史，中国对工业工程的研究仍然要从自身的国情，才能找到中国的工业工程。方法研究作为工业工程的重要分析方法，已经成为企业进行改善基础。目前，我国的制造业水平相对于其他发达国家还是具有显著差距的，所以在这种情况下，方法研究更需要在制造业中被普遍挖掘并加以研究。方法研究是工业工程一个重要的研究方法，方法研究范围和成果也得到了大力发展，该企业是早期国企改制的民营企业，很多作业方法都是有待于改进的，现场的很多工序规划不是很合理，使得车间运行起来效率不高，而且还会造成不必要的浪费。通过方法研究，可以对车间的一些操作手法进行改进，降低总成本，进一步提高产业的发展水平以及企业在市场中的适应能力与竞争能力。 本论文研究的是对现有加工工艺流程、工序、物流进行分析和改善，该企业很多作业方法都存在重大问题，现场的很多工序规划很不合理，使得车间运行效率不高，而且还会造成很多不必要的浪费。通过方法研究，可以对车间的现场改进，如降低成本，改善工作流程和提高效率等，进一步提高制造业的发展水平以及企业在市场中的适应能力和竞争能力。 关键词：工业工程；作业分析；方法研究 Abstract With the improvement of science and technology.
