精品论文 参考文献 原发性高血压患者在社区进行全科治疗的效果探析 黑龙江省五大连池市格球山农场医院 164154 摘要：目的：探讨原发性高血压患者在社区进行全科治疗的疗效。方法：整理收集2014年2月-2015年2月期间的50岁以上的60例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象，对照组30例患者给予传统单一药物治疗，治疗组30例患者实施全科治疗方案治疗，比较分析6个月后两组患者高血压相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及血压控制达标率。结果：治疗前两组患者高血压相关健康知识知晓率、降压药定期服用依从性及血压控制达标率等指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；治疗后两组患者以上三指标均有不同程度改善，但治疗组患者指标改善程度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在社区针对老年原发性高血压患者进行全科治疗方案效果明显，值得在基层社区进行推广。 关键词：原发性高血压；社区规范化管理；全科医师团队 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of total family therapy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods：collecting 2014 February 2015 February period of 50 years old of above of 60 cases of primary hypertension patients as the research object，control group（30 cases）was given to the traditional single drug treatment，treatment group（n = 30）in patients with the implementation of general treatment，comparative analysis after 6 months of two groups of patients with hypertension related knowledge awareness rate，compliance rate of medication compliance and blood pressure control. Results：treatment of two groups of patients with hypertension related health knowledge awareness，antihypertensive drugs regularly taking compliance and blood pressure control compliance rate index difference had no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）；the two groups of patients with above three indexes were improved to different degrees after treatment，but the treatment group index improved significantly than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：in the community for elderly patients with primary hypertension，the effect of the whole family treatment program is obvious，it is worthy of promotion in the grassroots community.
