精品论文 参考文献 去白细胞成分输血在老年肿瘤患者输血治疗中的应用价值 （徐州医学院附属医院输血科 江苏徐州 221002） 【摘要】目的：探讨去白细胞成分输血在老年肿瘤患者输血治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2013年2月至2015年2月收治的104例老年肿瘤患者作为研究对象，按照输血输注的方式不同分为悬浮细胞组（n=36例）和去白细胞组（n=68例），并选择同期未输血老年肿瘤患者作为对照组（n=33例），比较三组的临床效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果：去白细胞输血反应发生率明显低于悬浮细胞组，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；去白细胞组术后感染率为7.35%，悬浮细胞组术后感染率为22.22%，对照组术后感染率为12.12%，三组的术后感染率两两比较均有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）；去白细胞组手术切口愈合时间明显短于悬浮细胞组和对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：去白细胞成分输血在老年肿瘤患者治疗中不仅减少了输血反应、术后感染率，并且显著提高了临床疗效，值得广泛推广于临床应用。 【关键词】老年肿瘤患者；去白细胞悬浮红细胞悬液；输血 【中图分类号】R73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）10-0036-02 The application value of blood transfusion in the treatment of elderly patients with tumor Zhang Dianrsquo;an ,Ji Yuehong, Li Zuohua. Results The incidence of transfusion reaction was significantly lower than that in the cell suspension group (Plt;0.05); the infection rate was 7.35% in the control group, 12.12% in the control group, and three in the control group (Plt;0.05). The difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05).
