毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经济管理系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2010年0月摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展和网络经济的兴起，全球物流服务业加速发展，使得所有的产业部门都离不开物流的支援服务，物流产业已成为全球经济的支柱产业，其发展之势日新月异。大力发展物流，对于河南省优化资源配置，提高经济运行质量，提高企业与地区的竞争力，调整经济结构，改善投资环境，增强城市服务功能，促进外向型经济的发展都具有重要而深远的意义。 本文借鉴物流服务领域的已有成果，结合物流服务的前沿理论，提出了现代物流服务体系的概念，分析了物流服务的基本特征，构成要素；通过问卷调查和实地调查的方法，分析了河南省物流服务体系存在的问题，提出了构建河南省物流服务体系的对策和建议。 通过对河南省现代物流服务体系建设的研究，认为加快建立现代物流服务体系，加强现代物流的理论研究和实践探索，提高社会综合服务能力，构筑货畅其流、方便及时、经济合理、用户满意的物流环境，是现代物流体系建设面临的重要任务及工作目标。 关键字：河南省，现代物流，物流服务体系，信息化  Research on Modern logistics service system in Henan Construction Abstract With the development of economic globalization and the rise of the Internet economy, accelerate the development of global logistics services so that all of the industrial sector can not do without logistics support services, logistics industry has become a pillar industry in the global economy, its development was rapid. To develop the logistics for the optimal allocation of resources in Henan Province, to improve the quality of economic operation, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and regions, the adjustment of economic structure, improve the investment environment, enhance urban services, promote the development of export-oriented economy has important and far-reaching significance.
