*********成人教育学院 学生毕业论文年 级：****级 学习形式及层次： 专升本 学 院：********专 业： 土木工程 论 文 题 目：外墙保温开裂、渗漏的原因与防治措施学 生 姓 名：******学 号：***********论文完成时间： 二0一二年五月 摘要：随着我国建筑节能事业的深入开展，2006年起全国大部分大中城市都在积极推广外墙外保温节能技术，一些相对成熟的保温体系（如胶粉聚笨颗粒保温砂浆体系、聚笨板薄抹灰体系等）开始得到广泛应用。由于建筑工程的特殊性和偶然性以及区域性的气候差异、季节更替的温度变化及保温系统的复杂性，外墙保温工程中出现了许多开裂、渗漏等质量问题，因其对房屋的正常使用功能影响较大，轻者墙面龟裂、泛潮、发黄、发黑影响美观，重者聚笨颗粒层空翘，雨水顺墙而下，遇冷冻后膨胀、开裂，直接导致外墙保温层大面积脱落，影响正常使用，严重影响了建筑的外观形象及使用功能。例如表面不平整造成外观质量差，细部节点处理不到位造成渗、漏水，粘贴不牢造成外墙砖脱落，做法不规范造成墙面裂缝等。造成这些问题的因素很多，如材料存放及使用不规范、结点设计方案不完善、施工人员的操作水平低、施工工艺不规范等。现就部分工程外墙保温工程在施工过程中出现质量问题的原因进行分析，并提出处理措施。关键词：外墙保温 开裂、渗漏的原因与防治Abstract: With the deepening of Chinas energy-saving undertakings,since 2006 the most cities of China are actively promoting exterior insulation and energy-saving technologies, some relatively mature insulation system (such as polyethylene powder stupid insulation particles mortar system, poly stupid plastered system etc.) began to be widely used.
