精品论文 参考文献 探析适形放疗联合同期化疗对食管癌患者生存质量有效性观察 兰州军区乌鲁木齐总医院放疗科 新疆乌鲁木齐 830001 　　【摘 要】目的：研究适形放疗联合同期化疗对改善食管癌患者生存质量的有效性。方法：本文选择本院2013年12月至2014年12月医治的食管癌患者100例为研究对象，为了便于对比研究，将其分为甲组和乙组，其中甲组患者50人主要选择适形放疗治疗，而乙组患者50人主要在甲组患者治疗的基础上选择同期化疗联合治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后，两组患者皆没出现严重的不良反应，其中甲组患者治疗总有效率为72%，乙组患者为94%，乙组患者治疗的总有效率明显优于甲组患者，且生存质量也比甲组患者高，数据对比有明显的差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：适形放疗联合同期化疗有利于改善食管癌患者的生存质量，提高治疗效果，降低疾病对患者的影响，减轻患者的痛苦，有利于保障患者的健康安全，总体而言利大于弊，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】适形放疗；同期化疗；食管癌；生存质量；有效性；研究 　　【中图分类号】R735.1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0097-01 　　【Abstract】Objective: To study the conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy is effective to improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods: the patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from 2013December to 2014 December treated 100 cases as the research object, in order to facilitate comparative study, which can be divided into group A and group B, group Aof 50 patients with the main choice of conformal radiation therapy, while group B 50 patients in group of patients based on the treatment of choice concurrent chemotherapy combined treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinicalcurative effect. Results: after treatment, two groups of patients were no serious adverse reactions, including the group of patients with the total effective rate was 72%, B group was 94%, was significantly better than the group of patients withtreatment group B patients, and quality of life than the group of patients, data comparison with significant difference (Plt;0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy can improve the life quality of patients with esophageal cancer, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the impact on patients, alleviate the suffering of patients, is conducive to the protection of the health and safety of patients, in general, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, it is worthy of popularization and application.
