精品论文 参考文献 探讨rhTPO与rhIL-11在急性髓系白血病化疗后血小板减少中的疗效 1.福建医科大学附属闽东医院血液内科，福建宁德，355000；2. 福建医科大学附属闽东医院药剂科，福建宁德，355000；2. 福建医科大学附属闽东医院肾内科，福建宁德，355000 　　[摘要]：目的：探讨rhTPO（重组人血小板生成素）与rhIL-11（重组人白细胞介素-11）在急性髓系白血病化疗后血小板减少中的疗效；方法：为剔除由于不同化疗方案药物引起的骨髓抑制程度及恢复周期不同的影响，我们选取本院血液内科收治的急性髓系白血病患者24例，随机平均分成2组，均给予标准的DA(3+7)方案化疗，化疗后观察组给予rhTPO促进血小板生成，对照组给予rhIL-11促进血小板生成，观察两组患者化疗后骨髓抑制的血小板恢复时间。结论：使用rhTPO组的患者血小板恢复时间较rhIL-11明显缩短（Plt;0.05），不良反应轻，但由于rhTPO价格昂贵，所以我们需根据患者经济条件等情况综合考虑而使用。 　　[关键词]：rhTPO与rhIL-11、急性髓系白血病、血小板减少。 　　To explore the therapeutic effect of rhTPO and rhIL-11 in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of AML. 　　ZOU Liangliang,GUO guilan,LI La 　　Department of Hematology , Min Dong Hospital affiliated to fujian medical university, 355000,FuJian Province ,China;Department of Pharmacy, Min Dong Hospital affiliated to fujian medical university, 355000,FuJian Province,China; Department of Nephrology, Min Dong Hospital affiliated to fujian medical university, 355000, FuJian Province,China. 　　[Abstract]:Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of rhTPO (recombinant human thrombopoietin) and rhIL-11(recombinant human interleukin-11) in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of AML.Method:To get rid of the differents effect in myelosuppression and convalescence by different chemotherapeutics,24 patients with acute myeloid leukemia were selectd from our hospital of Hematology, and randomly divided into 2 groups, all treatment by the therapeutic regimen of DA(3+7);The observation group received by rhTPO treatment and the control group received by rhIL-11 treatment;To observe the convalescence 　　of thrombocyte between the two groups. Conclusion: The time is more curtate in the convalescence of thrombocyte treatmented by rhTPO than rhIL-11（Plt;0.05）, and the side-effect is much less,but it is more expensive;so which to choise,we need according to the economic condition of patients. 　　[Key words]: rhTPO and rhIL-11,acute myeloid leukemia ,thrombocytopenia. 　　急性髓系白血
