精品论文 参考文献 探讨检验工作中免疫检验的影响因素及质量控制方法 讷河市中医院 161300 【摘 要】 目的 研究分析免疫检验的质量控制方法与效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2012年3月—2014年8月期间实施免疫学检验的10000份资料，对其相关资料从收集、实验标本、检验仪器。检验结果等各个阶段进行分析探讨，对其出现的误差进行详细的分析探讨，从而寻找能够有效控制免疫检验质量的方法。结果 实施免疫学检验的10000份资料作为研究对象，对其进行免疫检测结果和免疫检测影响因素分析后，结果发现影响免疫检测结果出现误差的原因主要就是标本、检测仪器设备和试剂以及操作人员这3个主要因素，因此在免疫检验工作开展过程中，需要加强对这3方面因素的管理和控制。结论 在临床免疫检验工作开展过程中，通过对影响免疫检验质量的因素进行深入的分析和探讨，对实验室操作人员提出了更多的要求，保证工作人员能够严格的按照有关操作规范流程开展工作，做好细节处理，降低免疫误差发生率，提高免疫检验的质量。 　　【关键词】 探讨；免疫检验；质量控制方法；效果 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the quality control method and effect of immunoassay. Methods the subjects of this study were selected from August 2014 to March 2012 during the period of the implementation of immunological tests of the 10000 data，the relevant information from the collection，experimental specimens，testing instruments. Test results and other stages of analysis and discussion，the error of the emergence of a detailed analysis and discussion，so as to find the effective control of the quality of the immune test method. Results the implementation of immunological tests of 10000 copies of data as the research object，the of factors affecting the immune detection results and immunoassay analysis. The results showed that affect the immune detection result shows that the error is mainly specimens，testing equipment and reagents and operation of the three main factors，so in the course of immune inspection work carried out and need to strengthen the management and control of the three factors. Conclusion in the course of clinical immunology inspection work carried out by the factors that affect the quality of inspection in immune in-depth analysis and discussion，to laboratory operations personnel proposed more requirements，ensure the staff to strictly in accordance with the relevant standard operation procedures to carry out the work，do the details of the deal，reduce the incidence of immune error and improve the quality of immunoassay.
