精品论文 参考文献 探讨螺旋CT在肿瘤骨转移诊断中的应用 大庆油田八厂医院 163000 　　摘要：目的：研究分析螺旋CT在肿瘤骨转移诊断中的应用价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2010年1月-2012年1月在笔者所在医院治疗的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者46例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对46例患者均进行螺旋CT检查和X线检查，对比两种检查方式与最终诊断结果的异同，总结两种诊断方式的优缺点。结果：经螺旋CT检查后，阳性31例（67.3%），阴性15例（32.6%），假阳性0例，特异性46例（100%）；骨转移类型：混合型6例，成骨型9例，溶骨型16例。X线检查结果：阳性20例（43.4%），阴性22例（47.8%），假阳性4例（8.6%），特异性42例（91.3%），骨转移类型：混合型3例，成骨型6例，溶骨型12例。结论：螺旋CT检查的可信度与准确度均高于X线检查，是检查肿瘤骨转移的良好方法，值得推广。 　关键词：螺旋CT；肿瘤骨转移；诊断 　　Zhang Jing Zhu Hongguo Daqing oilfield eight factory hospital 163000 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of tumor. Methods：the research object is January 2010 -2012 year in January in our hospital treatment of malignant tumor patients with bone metastasis in 46 cases，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data，and 46 patients underwent spiral CT scan and X-ray examination，comparing the two kinds of inspection methods and the final diagnosis result of the similarities and differences，and sum up the disadvantages of the two kinds of diagnostic methods. Results：after spiral CT examination，31 cases were positive（67.3%），15 cases were negative（32.6%），0 cases were false positive，46 patients（100%）had bone metastases，6 cases of mixed type，9 cases of bone type and 16 cases of bone type. X-ray examination results：20 cases（43.4%），negative in 22 cases（47.8%），false positive in 4 cases（8.6%），specificity of 42 cases（91.3%），bone metastasis type：mixed type 3 cases，6 cases of osteogenesis type，12 cases of soluble bone type. Conclusion：the credibility and accuracy of spiral CT examination are higher than X-ray examination，it is a good method to check tumor bone metastasis，and it is worth popularizing. 　　[Key words] spiral CT；tumor bone metastasis；diagnosis 　　 　　 　　肿瘤骨转移是指原发于骨外组织或器官的肿瘤通过淋巴系统或血液循环系统转移至骨骼的现象，是恶性骨肿瘤产生的重要原因，可占恶性肿瘤的30%以上。随着当前社会老龄化的加剧，肿瘤的发病率也越来越高，骨转移瘤的发病率也呈逐年上升的趋势，成为仅次于肝部疾病与肺部疾病的主要疾病。对骨转移肿瘤的诊断，通常是以X线和螺旋CT检查，X线检查较为直观，视野开阔，螺旋CT检查则可通过对窗口技术的合理运用对肿瘤软组织异常与骨质改变具有良好的特异性与敏感性。本次研究选择了46例于2010年1
