精品论文 参考文献 探讨静脉血中小细胞百分比等红细胞新参数在β-地中海贫血筛查中的临床价值 陈海生 区韵婷 　　【摘 要】 目的 探讨静脉血中检测的小红细胞百分比（％Micro）、低色素红细胞百分比（％Hypo）的新参数以及其两者参数的比值（M/H）应用在筛查β-地中海贫血的临床价值。方法 对2010年1月至2011年12月在Sebia检测HbA2值诊断β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血【1】中β-地贫阳性的15例β-地贫患者，23例健康对照者，回顾性分析血细胞分析中的％Micro、％Hypo和％Micro/％Hypo检查结果，分别用单项、两两联合以及三项组合共7种指标进行比较（％Micro↑并且％Hypo↑及％Micro/％Hypo≥0.9） 结果 ％Micro高于10.0%（正常范围为0.0%～10.0%）并且％Hypo高于1.0%（正常范围为0.0%～1.0%）并且在静脉血中检测的小红细胞和低色素红细胞两者比值即M/H≥0.9%能起到筛查β-地中海贫血的作用。结论 分析血细胞中的％Micro、％Hypo和％Micro/％Hypo检查结果在临床中可以辅助诊断出β-地中海贫血的基因携带者。 　　【关键词】 β-地中海贫血； 小红细胞百分比例； 低色素红细胞百分比例； β-地中海贫血筛查 　　Discussion on the small percentage of cells in blood and other parameters of the clinical value of new red blood cells in β- thalassemia screening.
