无形资产价值管理与研究--毕业论文.doc

摘　要 在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,无形资产是现代企业生存发展必不可少的宝贵资源.一个企业拥有无形资产的多少,代表企业经济技术实力和竞争能力的强弱；一个国家拥有无形资产的多少，代表一个国家综合国力的强弱。随着市场经济的发展，无形资产在促进我国经济可持续发展和社会生产力发展方面发挥重要的作用。在中国，无形资产会计既是一个老课题，也是一个新课题。解放后的新中国，由于实行的是计划经济，无形资产会计被人为的排斥在外。直到八十年代改革开放后，人们才再次提起它、关心它、重视它，研究它。然而由于科学技术的迅猛发展和社会经济生活的日新月异，无形资产作为一项特殊资产，在管理方面出现了很多疑难问题需要人们去处理。 本文主要是从无形资产价值出发，从经济学的角度来探讨无形资产价值的内涵，无形资产为企业创造价值的原理，确定无形资产在企业中的重要性，进而得出加强无形资产价值管理的重要性。所以，文章主要从两个方面来论述无形资产的价值管理研究，一个是价值方面，一个是管理方面。至于为什么从这两个方面来研究无形资产，主要是因为对于无形资产来说，价值和管理就是相辅相成的。正是因为无形资产有着巨大的价值，才有加强管理的必要性，也是因为加强了无形资产的管理，才能更好的体现无形资产的价值。 本文分为三个部分.第一部分概述各种无形资产的观点，在此基础上提出本文对无形资产的理解以及无形资产的特征，并开始涉及无形资产的价值，描述无形资产价值的特性，包括价值和使用价值两个方面，为下面的无形资产价值经济理论做好基础；第二部分和第三部分是文章的核心内容，第二部分主要阐述无形资产价值的形成机制，以及在无形资产投资、转让过程种无形资产价格是如何确立的。第三部分探讨在无形资产价值的基础上，如何管理好无形资产，无形资产价值管理的对象是从无形资产的价值形态的角度对无形资产进行管理。 关键词: 无形资产 价值 管理  Abstract The intangible asset is the essential precious resources in the modern enterprise with the development of our country socialist market economy. The more an enterprise has the intangible asset, the more competitive an enterprise is in the market, and the more a country has the intangible asset, the more developed a country is in the world. With development of market economy, the intangible asset plays the vital role in the aspects of promoting our country economy sustainable development and increasing the social productive forces and so on. Intangible asset accountant not only is an old topic, but is a new topic in our country. Because of implements of the planned economy after liberation, the public didn’t pay attention to the intangible asset, but when the reform and open policy arrived in 1980’s, people care about it more and more. However science and technology is developing even faster in the paste year, which caused lots of problem to be solved, especially for the intangible asset.
