精品论文 参考文献 曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的临床分析 山东省昌邑市人民医院 261300 【摘要】目的: 探究在子宫腺肌病患者的临床治疗中曼月乐的临床应用效果。方法: 2014年7月至2015年12月期间，我院接受诊治的子宫腺肌病患者104例作为研究对象，根据患者进入我院接受诊治的先后顺序进行分组，其中单号设定为对照组，双号设定为观察组，对照组患者应用丹莪妇康煎膏进行治疗，观察组患者则应用曼月乐进行宫腔放置治疗，对比两组患者的子宫体积变化、止痛效果以及月经量和不良反应发生情况。结果: 两组患者在治疗期间均未见严重不良反应发生，观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组，治疗9个月后其月经量有显著减少，同时痛经有显著改善，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05），而患者的子宫体积无显著变化（P＞0.05）。结论: 在子宫腺肌病患者的临床治疗中应用曼月乐进行治疗能够显著改善患者的临床治疗效果，同时有效缓解痛经，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。 【关键词】曼月乐；子宫腺肌病；丹莪妇康煎膏 【abstract】 objective: to explore the clinical treatment of uterine adenomyosis patients in the clinical application effect of man month. Methods: during July 2014 to December 2015, our hospital to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 104 patients with uterine glandular myopathy as the research object, according to the order of patients enter the hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of grouping, which set the number as control group, set the double number as observation group and control group patients used Dan I fu kang decoction paste treatment, observation group of patients, application of uterine cavity placed on music for treatment, compared two groups of patients with uterine volume change, the effect of analgesia and menstrual quantity and adverse reactions occur. Results: two groups of patients during treatment were no serious adverse reactions, patients efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, nine months after the treatment has significantly reduce menstrual quantity, at the same time can improve the dysmenorrhea, significant difference in line with the statistical evaluation criteria (P lt; 0.05), while no significant change in patients with uterine volume (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: the application in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine adenomyosis, month le treatment can significantly improve the patients clinical curative effect, at the same time effective alleviate dysmenorrhea, is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment. 【key words】 mon
