摘 要 本文研究课题来源于作者参与的阿里巴巴云计算公司用户体验团队的“阿里 云基础服务产品视觉设计规范构建”研究项目。 论文运用美学、心理学、行为学、计算机科学和设计管理学领域中的相关研 究成果和方法，以互联网基础服务产品视觉设计流程为基础，以视觉设计规范的 任务为研究对象，以视觉设计规范构建为研究目的，在分析视觉设计一般流程和 操作的基础上，提出了视觉设计流程任务映射框架，并推导出视觉设计规范在视 觉设计流程中的任务，提出了视觉设计规范在视觉设计流程中的任务映射框架， 通过规范的任务与规范模块一一映射构建规范的框架。在视觉设计规范框架内， 深入研究视觉设计的表现目标制定的方法和原则、视觉设计表现方法、视觉设计 要素的特点及其规范的元素和弹性、视觉品质评价的对象和方法四方面内容，为 视觉设计规范构建提供具体素材和理论依据。在视觉设计规范框架和细节素材和 原理的基础上，以阿里云的应用功能产品和娱乐功能产品为案例，具体制定和应 用了阿里云互联网基础服务产品视觉设计规范。 互联网基础服务产品视觉设计规范构建的研究对国内大型互联网企业用户体 验团队统一协调各模块的工作，形成统一的风格和产品特征，提高产品的一致性、 模块的重复利用率和项目的工作效率，增强对项目用户体验的管理和控制有着非 常重要的理论和实践意义。 关键词：用户体验；用户图形界面；视觉设计；设计规范；规范弹性 II Abstract The research project is originated from Alibaba Cloud Computing:Visual Design Guidline Building of Ali Cloud Foundation Service Products . The research methods including aesthetics, psychology, behavior science, computer science and design management related areas are used in the course of research, with visual design flow of Internet foundation service products as the base, with the task of visual design guidline as research subject, and with visual design guidline building as research purpose. Based on analysis of visual design general flow and operation, the paper propose task flow mapping framework of visual design ,and the task of visual design guidline is deduced in visual design flow ，and the paper also propose task flow mapping framework of visual design guidline in visual design flow,build standard framework through one-to-one mapping between standard task and standard module. In the visual design design framework, thoroughly research the following four aspects including the method and principle establishment
