精品论文 参考文献 正常妊娠和妊娠高血压综合征妇女血清瘦素水平的动态检测 黑龙江省铁力市人民医院 黑龙江铁力 152500 摘要：目的：探讨正常妊娠和妊娠高血压综合征妇女血清瘦素水平。方法：选取在2015年1月～2015年12月，我院收治的80例正常妊娠产妇以及90例妊娠高血压综合征妇女为研究对象，分别为正常组和妊高组。对两组产妇进行血清瘦素水平的动态监测，并对相关指标进行分析。结果：妊高组的妇女在体重、BMI以及瘦素的水平上明显高于正常组妇女的水平；正常组妇女的收缩压、舒张压低于妊高组妇女，但平均压高于妊高组。差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：可以得出的是正常妊娠妇女BMI指数越大，则妇女瘦素水平越高，但妊娠高血压综合征妇女血清瘦素水平与产妇的体重以及MBI指标没有多大关系。 关键词：正常妊娠；妊娠高血压综合征；血清；瘦素 Dynamic detection of serum leptin levels in women with normal pregnancy and pregnancy induced hypertension Zou Guihua The peoples Hospital of Heilongjiang Province，Tieli City，Heilongjiang Tieli 152500 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the serum leptin levels in women with normal pregnancy and pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods：from January 2015 to December 2015，80 cases of normal pregnant women and 90 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The dynamic monitoring of the serum leptin level of the two groups was carried out，and the related indexes were analyzed. Results：women in pregnancy induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal group，the levels of BMI and leptin were significantly higher than those in the normal group. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the normal group. The difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：it can be concluded that the greater the BMI index of normal pregnant women，the higher the level of leptin in women，but there is not much relationship between the serum leptin level and maternal body weight and MBI index in women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.
