物流管理专业课程设计 题目： 浅析阳逻集装箱码头的物流作业优化 学 院: 管理学院 专 业: 物流管理 学 号: 201205106017 学生姓名: 杨晴 指导教师: 简利君 日 期: 2015年6月15日 摘 要 随着现代物流业的发展，作为重要物流枢纽的集装箱码头快速发展，集装箱运输量迅速增长，许多集装箱码头出现了处理能力严重不足的问题。对集装箱码头的物流作业进行优化，可以提高码头处理能力，降低码头营运成本，从而缓解集装箱吞吐量增长与处理能力不足的矛盾，对集装箱码头的实际运作具有重要意义。 集装箱码头作业实践表明，有时优化码头某个物流作业环节对整个物流作业系统有利，但有时也会使码头物流作业环节发生堵塞，导致码头其他物流作业环节发生延误，不能达到提高码头物流作业效率的目的[1]。因此，紧追的。因此，紧追的物流作业现实要求我们从集装箱码头物流作业系统实际出发，对整个物流作业系统进行优化研究。 除此之外，集装箱码头物流系统的重点就是码头对集装箱的装卸搬运作业[2]，因此集装箱的物流作业优化因重点关注集装箱装卸搬运设备以及装卸搬运工艺的优化。 关键词：集装箱码头 物流作业流程 装卸搬运作业 Abstract With the development of modern logistics industry, as the rapid development of the important transport hub container terminal, container traffic increased rapidly and many container terminals appeared the shortage of processing capacity . Optimizing the container terminal logistics operation can improve the ability of handling terminal, reduce costs of wharf operation and relieve the contradictions of container throughput growth and the insufficient processing power ,which is of great significance to the actual operation of container terminal. Container terminal operation practice shows that the optimal terminal sometimes a logistics operation link is good for the whole logistics operation system, but sometimes also can make the terminal logistics operation link the clogging, resulting delay other logistics operation link, cannot achieve to enhance the efficiency of the terminal logistics operation. Overtook the logistics operation requirements for us, therefore, we should make a study on optimization of the whole logistics operation system from the container terminal logistics operation system. In addition, the container terminal logistics system is the focus of the dock of container handling operations, so the container logistics operation optimization should focus on optimization of container handling equipment and handling process.
