程控升压开关电源的设计 摘 要 本文介绍了基于STC12C5410AD单片机的程控DC/DC升压变换设计，它采用软件的方法实现经DC/DC升压变换后的输出电压在一定范围内可调的功能。具有路相对简单，结构紧凑，价格低廉，用途广泛，并且能够对调整，改，使其满足系统的要求。THE SET-UP SWITCH POWER SUPPLY OF THE PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL ABSTRACT This article introduces the DC/ DC set-up transformation of the programmable control based on STC12C5410AD MCU, it adopts the software and adjusts the exportation voltage of the DC/DC set-up transformation within the certain scope.It also has many strong point, such as simpleness circuitry, close together configuration, low price, abroad purpose and so on. It also can adjust to circuits of parts and improve parameter to satisfy for the demand of the systemic design. This design mainly includes two parts: the hardware design and the software design. The hardware part mainly is made up of commutate circuit、filter circuit、DC/ DC set-up transformation circuits、STC12C5410AD MCU、keyboard and the LED display etc. The software system include: the principle of software、the flow circuit diagram of software and the programmable of corresponding hardware. The design of “the set-up switch power supply of the programmable control” can carry out the following function: it adopts the software and adjusts the exportation voltage of the DC/ DC set-up transformation within the certain scope. The STC12C5410AD MCU carrys out conversion of analog signal and digitalal signal by itself. Using STC12C5410AD MCU keeps exportation voltage of the DC/ DC set-up transformation with the form of digitalal signal，then using LED display realize the display of the information of exportation voltage and exportation current etc.. The design of the set-up switch power supply of the programmable control still has many improvements to attain practicability, such as the volum of hardware, the accuracy of display, the adjustable scope etc..To realize these functions need continuously improve hardware and software.
