精品论文 参考文献 消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血影响因素分析 高伟1 曹勇2 高伟1 曹勇2(1.四川省雅安市天全县人民医院 625500;2.四川省雅安市天全县人民医院 625500)   【摘要】目的 探析消化性溃疡并上消化道出血的影响因素。方法 本研究选择2005 年6 月~2013 年6 月期间我院收治的500 例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,将回顾性分析患者的临床资料,重点收集消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者的性别、年龄、溃疡部位和大小、非甾体抗炎药使用情况、烟酒史等资料。结果 消化性溃疡患者上消化道出血患者110 例(22.00%),易诱发上消化道出血的主要影响因素为:性别、年龄、 溃疡部位、应用非甾体抗炎药物、饮酒史、饮食规律性有着密切的关系,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经济状况、吸烟史、溃疡大小和数量、幽门螺杆菌感染等方面无明显相关,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 消化性溃疡患者上消化道出血率较高,性别、年龄、 溃疡部位、应用非甾体抗炎药物、饮酒史、饮食规律性等为其主要的影响因素,针对上述因素制定合理的指导和干预,能有效降低出血率,进一步提高患者的生活质量。   【关键词】消化性溃疡;上消化道出血;影响因素【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165(2015)11-0041-02Objective to analysis the influence factors of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods this study choose from June 2005 to June 2005our hospital during the period of 500 patients with peptic ulcer as the research object, the patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of keycollection of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients age, gender, ulcer area and size, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug usesituation and history of alcohol, tobacco, etc. Results of 110 patients with peptic ulcer patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (22.00%), easy toinduce the main influence factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding: gender, age, ulcer site, use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, alcohol, foodregularity have close relations, comparative differences statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); Economic conditions, smoking history, ulcer size and number, noobvious related to helicobacter pylori infection and so on, comparing with no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion peptic ulcer patients with uppergastrointestinal bleeding rate is higher, gender, age, ulcer site, application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, alcohol, regularity for the influence ofthe main factors such as diet, in view of the above factors make rational guidance and intervention, and can effectively reduce the bleeding rate, furtherimprove the quality o
