精品论文 参考文献 电针颈夹脊穴旁开1寸对神经根型颈椎病模型炎性细胞因子表达的影响 蒋学余1 田园1 张洁1 李艳红1 吴卫国1 陈绍力1 常小荣2（通讯作者） 　　（1.岳阳市中医医院 湖南 岳阳 414000） 　　（2.湖南中医药大学针灸推拿学院 湖南 长沙 410007） 　　【摘 要】目的：观察电针刺激颈夹脊旁开1寸对神经根型颈椎病大鼠局部神经组织内炎症细胞因子含量的影响。方法：8周龄Wistar大鼠50只，随机平均分成模型组，电针颈夹脊穴组，电针颈夹脊旁开1寸组，芬必得75mg/kg/d组及假手术组，建立神经根型颈椎病大鼠模型，以相应方法治疗7天后处死，取材并制作局部神经组织匀浆，取上清液以ELISA法测定其中IL-1beta;、IL-6的含量。结果：治疗结束后，模型组大鼠局部神经组织内细胞因子IL-1beta;、IL-6水平较假手术组明显升高（P＜0.01），且电针颈夹脊旁开1寸组大鼠受损的脊髓及神经组织中IL-1beta;及IL-6的含量较其余组别低（P＜0.01）。结论：电针刺激颈夹脊穴旁开1寸能显著降低局部神经根受损后所致的神经组织炎性细胞因子的高水平表达。 　　【关键词】神经根型颈椎病；针刺颈夹脊穴旁开1寸；炎性细胞因子IL-1beta;；IL-6 　　【中图分类号】R681.5+4 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0867-02 　　Expression of inflammatory cytokines in the model of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type by acupuncturing 1 inch of Cervical JiaJi point. 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the effect of electric acupuncturing 1 inch of Cervical JiaJi point on the content of inflammatory cytokines in the local nerve tissue of rats with nerve root type cervical spondylosis。Methods：50 male 8-week-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, electro acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji points group,electro acupuncture at 1 inch of Cervical JiaJi point group, Fenbid 75mg/kg/d group and sham operation group, the establishment of rat model of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, with the corresponding method of treatment after 7 days and made by tissue homogenate supernatant was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for determination of the content of IL-1, IL-6.Results：At the end of the treatment, the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group (P lt; 0.01), and the content of IL-6 and IL-1 in the electro acupuncture at 1 inch of Cervical JiaJi point group were lower than those in the other groups (P lt; 0.01).Conclusion：Electro acupuncturing at 1 inch of Cervical JiaJi point can significantly reduce the high level expression of inflammatory cytokines induced by local nerve root injury.
