It dominates job shop production and batch production, and is not uncommon even in high production. 手工作业单元的优势如下： 1) Shortest amount of time to implement 2) Least capital investment 3) Easiest system to install and operate 4) Often-lowest cost per unite 5) Most flexible system 对于one machine-one worker 的手工作业单元，又分为两类：  Manually operated machine （手工作业单元） The operator controls the machine and loads and unloads the work . The work cycle requires the attention of the worker either continuously or for most of the cycle. The key factor is that the worker performs the task at one location (one workstation) in the factory.  Semi-automated station （半自动化的手工作业单元） The semi-automated station is controlled by some form of the program. The worker’s function is simply to load and unload the machine each cycle and periodically change cutting tools.
