资金集中度对企业集团财务公司盈利能力的影响研究 - 1 - （湖南大学金融与统计学院，长沙 4100799） 5 摘要：利率市场化背景下，企业集团财务公司盈利能力受到巨大挑战。从发展角度看，内部 资金归集是企业集团财务公司安身立命之本。本文首先建立了能反映资金集中度与企业集团 财务公司盈利能力关系的资产收益函数表达式，并分析出资金集中度提升对企业集团财务公 司盈利能力将产生正的信贷风险效应与负的利息收入效应。借此，本文提出了资金集中度与10 企业集团财务公司盈利能力之间存在倒 U 型关系的推论。最后，以 2008 年至 2013 年国内 36 家企业集团财务公司的面板数据为样本，对上述推论进行了实证检验。实证结果证实， 资金集中度与企业集团财务公司盈利能力呈显著的倒 U 型关系，适度的资金集中度更有利 于企业集团财务公司提高资金使用效率与盈利能力。 关键词：金融市场；财务公司；资金集中度；盈利能力 15 中图分类号：F830.91 Rearch on the effect of centralized fund on profitability of financial company WU Yuyang, LONG Haiming 20 (Finance and Statistics School, Hunan University, Changsha 410079) Abstract: Under the background of marketization of interest rate, financial companies meet great profitability challenges. From a development perspective, the internal fund collection is crucial to finance companies. Firstly, the establishment of a function reflect the relationship between concentration of fund and profitability of financial companies. And it shows that the promotion of 25 funding concentration has positive effects on the credit risk and negative effects on interest income. Thereby, this paper proposes the inference that the relationship between concentration of funds and profitability of financial companies is inverted U-shaped. Finally, use the panel data of 36 finance companies between 2008 and 2013 to make an empirical test. The empirical results confirm that there is a significant inverse U-shaped relationship between concentration of fund and 30 profitability of financial companies.An appropriate concentration of fund is better for improving efficiency and profitability of funds.
