电力系统中小型钢铁企业的谐波及其治理

【摘 要】 分析了电力系统中钢铁企业谐波产生的特点及其危害，根据钢铁企业谐波源的特点，提出
了有效的适合该类谐波的治理方法；以宁德电网建顺钢业谐波源为例，重点论述了中频炉
谐波源的谐波治理，根据对电网的谐波实测数据进行分析，提出了无源滤波的治理方案，
并在此基础上进行了谐波仿真，仿真结果表 明所提出的治理方案是合理的，效果是明显
的。最后对福安建顺有限公司的 35 kV 母线谐波电压以及康西线的谐波电流，分别在系统
全部退出滤波装置和全部投入滤波装置两种工况下进行实际测试，测试结果表明了所提出
的中小型钢铁企业谐波治理方法的有效性。

The Harmonic Elimination of Steel Enterprises Harmonic Wave in Power System

Abstract ：The paper analyzes the features and harm of harmonic wave produced from moderate or small
steel enterprises in the power system ，and proposes the elimination method suitable to this type of harmonic
wave according to its features ，then taking JianShun Steel Enterprise Harmonic Wave as example ，puts
forward passive filtering scheme on the basis of analyzing the practical data. It makes simulation based on
measured data of medium frequency furnace.The simulation results show that the control scheme is
reasonable. The final practical test is on the bus voltage an Kangxi line current under the two conditions that
all the filtering devices are put into system and all the filtering devices are not put into system. The test
results prove the efficiency of the control method.
