精品论文 参考文献 肿瘤患者治疗后的血常规在BC-6800仪器检测放置时间对结果的影响 新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉州医院检验科 新疆 831100 　　[摘要]目的?研究探讨肿瘤患者治疗后血常规标本放置时间对结果的影响。方法在24℃室温保存条件下，采用BC-6800全自动血液分析仪对106例健康体检者和236例恶性肿瘤治疗后患者的血常规标本在4个不同时段（0.5、4、6、24h）进行检测，并以0.5h的检测结果作为对照进行稳定性观察。结果 肿瘤治疗组在6h检测的血常规检测结果与0.5h检测结果比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），而在24h检测的值与0.5h检测结果相比结果呈增高趋势，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。健康组除了6h、中性粒细胞（NEUT）、单核细胞（MONO）、嗜碱性粒细胞（BASO）、24h检测嗜酸性粒细胞（EO）检测结果比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。其余的与肿瘤治疗组变化大体一致。结论?室温保存条件下，肿瘤患者治疗后的血常规结果与健康人在4h内对结果基本上无影响,在质量控制范围内,可满足临床需要。否则随着放置时间的延长，部分参数发生变化，血常规检测结果只能仅供临床参考。 　　[关键词] 血常规；放置时间；血细胞分析仪 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the treatment of patients with cancer after blood specimen storage time of the results. Method at 24℃ under the condition of room temperature, using BC-6800 automatic blood analyzer in 106 healthy subjects and 236 patients with malignant tumor after treatment in patients with blood samples in 4 different time intervals (0.5,4,6,24h) were detected, and the the results of 0.5h were used as control. Results 　　Cancer treatment group was detected at 6h detection routine blood test results and 0.5h results difference no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), and 0.5h and detection results are compared with results showed an increasing trend, and the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.01) in the values of 24h. There was no significant difference in the results of 6h, neutrophil (NEUT), mononuclear cells (MONO), eosinophils (BASO) and 24h in the healthy group (EO). The results showed that there was no significant difference between the groups (Pgt;0.05). The rest of the treatment group was generally consistent with the changes in the tumor treatment group.Conclusion Stored at room temperature under the conditions, tumor patients after treatment, the blood test results and health people in 4 hours the results basically no influence, in the quality control range, can meet the clinical needs.
