They made foreign exchange, gold as a reserves, the silver, the gold, foreign exchange currency hooked with paper currency.The two currencies system , a successful a failure,for two regime control areas, lead to the opposite result.The author compared the two nonnormal currencies system , and Cleared two monetary system ,to deepen the understanding of the essence and function of currency ,at the same time, to make construction to provide enlightenment and reference for the modern national monetary system.
