摘 要 随着城市建设的不断发展，高层建筑不断增多，电梯在国民经济和生活中有着广泛的应用。目前电梯的控制普遍采用了两种方式，一是采用微机作为信号控制单元，第二种控制方式用可编程控制器（PLC）取代微机实现信号集选控制。 FX2N系列PLC作为电梯主要控制模块，同时对电动机、变频器、PLC、超载传感器等其它器件进行了选择。通过PLC对变频器和电梯的各个输入点进行控制，利用三菱A540变频器作为对电机进行驱动。系统的启动电流大大减小，避免了对居民用电和电网和冲击。最后通过PLC控制，从而实现了两电梯并联运行。 在软件程序方面，通过编写梯形图，来对两台电梯进行控制，从而实现了电梯的自动关门、顺向响应轿内外呼梯信号、直驶以及两电梯并联运行等功能。 利用PLC控制电梯具有功能变化灵活，编程简单，故障少，噪音低，维修保养方便，节能省工，抗干扰能力强，控制箱占地面积小等优点。 关键词：电梯；可编程控制器；变频器 Abstract With the constant development of the urban construction, the skyscraper is increasing constantly, the lift has extensive application in national economy and life. The control of the lift has generally adopted two ways at present, first, adopt the computer as the control module of the signal, the second control method is that computer is replaced by programmable controller (PLC) to realize signal and select control. This text regards the series PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N as the lift mainly module control, expands FX2N-32ER module, and choses other devices such as motor, frequency converter, PLC, overladen transducer at the same time. Through PLC controlling every input point of frequency converter and lift, it uses Mitsubishi A540 frequency as the motor to drive it. The systematic starting current has reduced greatly, so it prevents to attacking electricity and power system. Finally, controlled by PLC, thus it realizes two lifts connecting in parallel and running. In software procedure, through writing the ladder-shaped picture to control two lifts, it realizes automaticly closing, obeying to respond the calling signal of lift in and out of sedan-chair, driving directly, two lifts running etc in parallel and other functions. Utilizing PLC to control the lift has functions which are that changing flexibly, simple programming, few troubles, low noise, maintaining conveniently, saving worker and energy, strong anti-interference ability, the smaller area of control box and so on.
