本科毕业设计（论文） 塑料四通管注射成型工艺及模具 学 院 ____材料与能源学院 _ 专 业 __材料成型及控制工程 (材料加工控制及信息化方向) 年级班别___2010级（1）班 学 号 3110006843 学生姓名 李永浩 指导教师____ 黄诗君 2014年5月 摘要 随着现代工业的迅速发展，模具技术得到了越来越广泛的运用，尤其在汽车、电器、电机、仪表、日用品工业中。 塑料是一种可塑性的合成高分子材料，具有重量轻且坚固，耐化学腐蚀，电绝缘行好，价格便宜，可塑性好等特点，广泛应用于电脑、手机、汽车、电机、电器、极爱单和通讯产品制造中。注射成形是成形塑件的主要方法之一，是指使用注塑机将热塑行塑料熔体在高压下注入到模具内经冷却固化获得产品的方法。注射的优点是生产速度快，效率高，操作可自动化，能成型形状复杂的零件，特别适合大量生产。 本次设计是针对建筑工程或给排水工程所用的塑料四通管的设计。其表面的精度要求不高，模具设计上采用了直接浇口、开合模定位装置、液压抽芯机构、推杆推出机构等措施。实现高效、质量高、成本低的产品设计、生产原则。 设计中使我学到了很多知识，跟课堂上的学习很不同。设计过程中出现了问题，如何去解决，这将对我以后的工作和生活都很有帮助。本设计是通过翻阅一些产品设计和塑料模具设计有关的参考资料和文献，结合绘图软件UG6.0、AutoCAD 2008和Moldflow6.1对四通管件的产品和模具的初步设计。 关键词：四通管件；注射模具；侧抽芯机构 Abstract With the rapid development of modern industry, mold technology has been more and more widely used, especially in the automotive, electronics, electrical, instrumentation, commodity industry.Plastic is a synthetic polymer material plasticity, with light weight and strong, corrosion-resistant chemical, electrical insulation merciful, cheap, good plasticity characteristics, widely used in computers, mobile phones, automotive, electrical, electronics, very loving one and communications products manufacturing. Injection molding is a shaping member of the main methods, is the use of thermoplastic injection molding machine under high pressure line of the plastic melt is injected into the product obtained by cooling the mold to solidify.
