So must find out the corresponding countermeasures, to improve and perfect the governments economic management functions, make the transformation of government functions to economic regulation, - 1 - market supervision, social management and public service, ensure market economy can effective development of high-speed constantly. Chinese governments economic function transformation is a comprehensive, continuous and dynamic system process, involving many aspects.
