江苏信息职业技术学院 机电系 专科毕业设计（论文） 题目： 安全型电水壶的设计 专 业： 机电一体化 班 级： 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 起迄日期： 设计地点： _  Graduation Design Design of Safe type electricity canteen By Chen Ying Supervised by Lecturer Jin Weiguo Department of Veh Suqian Institute of Technology June, 2008 摘 要 本次设计是通过对以往电水壶的改进与再次设计来达到更高技术含量.更高质量和更高的安全保障。具体步骤是：对以往的电水壶的结构和设计方案进行分析与研究，特别是要对它所应用的元器件进行更新换代。所以本次设计我们采用可直接编程的单片机AT89C51，ADC0809和ADC0832等A/D转换器，热敏电阻，晶闸管和运算放大器等部件来设计加热系统，并要求当水开时播放提示音乐且自动切断电源，这些功能都是由对单片机的编程来实现。应用PROTEL绘图软件完成电路原理图的设计和PCB板的设计，然后我们可选择汇编语言或者C语言来对单片机进行编程用以实现电水壶的以上功能，最后要进行软.硬件的调试，如果一切调试都符合本次设计的要求即可以做出电水壶实物。这样，一个安全型的电水壶并设计完成。 关键词：单片机，热水壶，安全 ABSTRACT This design is the improvement that passes to the former electricity canteen with design again to attain a higher technique content.The higher quality and higher safety guarantee.Concrete step BE:Carry on the analysis and research to the structure and the design project of the former electricity canteen, want especially to the dollar spare part that it apply to carry on renewal to change generation.So this time the single slice that design us adoption and can weave a distance directly the machine AT89 C51, the ADC0809 and ADC0832 etc. A/D convert a machine, hot electric resistance, the and operation enlarger etc. parts to design the heating system, and request to be to be boiling broadcast to hint music and cut off power supply automatically, these functions all from to single slice the plait distance of the machine to carry out.The design and the PCB knothole design of the applied PROTEL painting software completion electric circuit principle diagram, then we can choose to edit collected materials language perhaps the C language to come machine to carry on the above function that weaves a distance to carry out to give or get an electric shock canteen in order to to the single slice, wanting to carry on finally soft.The hardware adjusts to try, if everything adjusts to try all a request of match
