精品论文 参考文献 酒石酸布托啡诺治疗剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的临床效果体会张淑文 武汉市黄陂区中医院麻醉科 湖北武汉 430300 【摘 要】目的：探究酒石酸布托啡诺治疗剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的临床价值。方法：选取剖宫产患者100例作为本次研究对象，这100例剖宫产患者在腰硬联合麻醉后出现寒战反应，按照随机数字表法将患者分为2组。实验组接受酒石酸布托啡诺治疗，对照组则接受哌替啶进行治疗，对比2组剖宫产患者治疗效果以及不良反应的发生率。结果：2组腰硬联合麻醉后出现寒战反应的剖宫产患者，患者寒战反应的缓解情况相比，差异并不显著（Pgt;0.05）。实验组剖宫产患者不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组剖宫产患者（Plt;0.05）。结论：酒石酸布托啡诺治疗剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的效果较好，且不良反应少，值得推广。 【关键词】石酸布托啡诺；剖宫产；腰硬联合麻醉；寒战 Tartaric acid brown bhuttos treatment after cesarean delivery waist hard joint anesthesia chills the clinical effect of experience Shu-wen zhang （huangpi district of wuhan city hospital anesthesia Hubei wuhan 430300） [abstract]objective：to explore the tartaric acid brown bhuttos cesarean delivery waist hard joint anesthesia after treatment the clinical value of chills.Methods：choose 100 patients with cesarean section as the research object，this 100 cesarean patients appear chills response after the waist hard joint anesthesia，according to the random number table method divided the patients into two groups.The experimental group treated with tartaric acid brown，bhutto，the control group received pethidine treatment，compared two groups the incidence of cesarean section patients therapeutic effect and adverse reactions.Results：two groups of waist hard joint anesthesia chills reaction after cesarean section patients，patients with chills reaction compared to ease the situation，there is no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Experimental group cesarean section patients the incidence of adverse reactions significantly lower than the control group patients with cesarean section（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：tartaric acid bhutto browns treatment of chill effect after cesarean delivery waist hard joint anesthesia is better，and less adverse reactions，worthy of promotion.
