精品论文 参考文献 颌垫式可摘义齿在牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的中老年患者中的临床应用 张栋 赵新 陈求望 (山东省红十字会单县东大医院口腔科 274300) 【摘要】目的 探讨在口腔修复学中牙列缺损伴重度磨耗中老年患者应用颌垫式可摘义齿的临床效果。方法 选择本科室26例牙列缺损并伴有重度磨耗的中老年患者，先做好一般的检查、修整和设计，先用过渡性颌垫式可摘义齿对其进行修复，以后每月对其进行定期检查，调整合位，达到最佳合位，舒适为止。其后对其观察半年左右，如无不适则改成长久性颌垫式可摘义齿对其进行修复，并嘱咐患者4-6个月定期复查。结果 本科室选取的26例患者中，没有感觉不适应，适应率为100%，咀嚼有力者24例，占92.3%。结论 在对牙列缺损并伴有重度磨耗的老年患者中应用颌垫式可摘义齿，可有效恢复正常的颌间距离，重建生理咬合关系，使关节和肌肉症状减轻，恢复咀嚼功能，提高咀嚼效率，有效防止牙合面磨损，保护牙列，恢复患者正常面容。且成功率高，适合应用和推广。 【关键词】重度磨耗 颌垫式可摘义齿 重建生理咬合 【中图分类号】R78 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）20-0249-02 【Abstract】To investigate the clinical effect of defect with columns in senile patients with severe attrition in the jaw pad removable denture in prosthodontics teeth. Methods：26 cases of dentition defect with severe attrition in elderly patients of undergraduate，to do the general inspection，repair and design first with the transitional jaw splint removable denture to repair，after a month for their regular inspection，adjustment to achieve the best combination，comfortable so far. There after the observation about half a year，if no discomfort is changed into long jaw splint removable denture to repair，and to charge patientd 4—6 months follow—up. Resultes：26 cases in our department were selected，do not feel discomfortable ，adapt to the rate of 100%，24 of mastication，accounted for 92.3%. Conclution：The application of jaw pad type in elderly patients with dentition defect accompanied with severe tooth wear of teeth in removable partial denture，distance can effectively restore the normal intermaxillary，reconstructing physiological occlusal relationship，to make the joint and muscle symptoms，restore the madticatory function，improve the chewing efficiency，effectively preventing the occlusal wear，protect teeth，the recovery of the patients with normal face.And the success rate is high，suitable for application and popularization. 【Keywords】 severe attrition Jaw sp
