件杂货码头平面布局优化方法研究 专业班级：交通运输（港口）三班 姓 名： 指导老师： 交通运输管理学院摘要 件杂货码头是港口的重要组成部分，件杂货码头的通过能力、作业效率、作业成本的高低对整个港口的发展至关重要。由于件杂货货种及数量变化大、装卸搬运工艺复杂多变的原因，件杂货码头往往存在专业化、标准化程度不高、功能区布局不合理等现象，因此本文从件杂货码头布局优化的方面入手，探究更加合理的杂货码头布局方案，以期提高件杂货码头的作业效率。 本文尝试将SLP（Systematic Layout Planning） 关键字：件杂货码头；平面布局；SLP法 Abstract Cargo wharf is an important part of the port, it’s through capacity, efficiency, operation cost is very important for the development of the port. Because break-bulk cargo and quantity change, the cause of the handling process is complicated, a cargo wharf is often not high degree of specialization, standardization, the function layout is unreasonable wait for a phenomenon, therefore this article from the aspects of a cargo wharf layout optimization, explore more reasonable cargo wharf layout scheme, in order to enhance the efficiency of a cargo wharf. This article attempts to use SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) into the headquarters of the terminal Layout. First ,according to the function of the terminal ,it is divided into several independent functional areas, such as working in the front yard, warehouse, etc., and then according to the basic steps of SLP method to assess the function of comprehensive close degree, according to integrated closely degree of discretion, to determine the distance between each function, which can be concluded that the dock position of each function correlation diagram, combined with the design of each function area and geometry, can draw general plane layout diagram. Finally, the general cargo wharf of TIANJIN was seen as an example, to make brief introduction for the specific implementation of SLP.
